Hey lovelies, we have about a month left until school starts up again and I wanted to remind you guys that this is a place where you can find some good stress relief. We all say that we know how to cope with stress but when you’re in a situation where you’re about to have a mental breakdown due to stress, you’re not exactly thinking about how to handle it. So here I am to support you whenever you need me.
- Exercise
- Take a walk
- Dance it out
- Go to lunch or dinner with friends
- Join a club
- Volunteer
- Hydrate
- Write positive things about yourself
- Set “worry periods” and only stress out at those times
- Make a list of what you’re thankful for
- Meditate
- Go somewhere to interact with an animal
- Get a massage
- Watch a comedy
- Drink some herbal tea
- Put on some eye masks and happy music
- Celebrate what’s working
- Take a hot bath with essential oils
- Write how you feel
- Remember how far you’ve come
I think travel is also a good way to reduce stress
